What was my story?

I grew up learning that I wasn’t acceptable as I am.

I was taught that I needed to constantly be covering up and adding to my life in order to be the person that was worthy of everything I wanted. 

As an adult, I found myself chasing who I thought I needed to be by acquiring more and “better” things, people, obligations, activities, qualifications, rituals, etc. I would say “yes” to others when I really wanted to say “no”. 

I found myself waking up to go to jobs that I didn’t like, working with people I didn’t want to be around, then coming home to partners I didn’t want to be with. Vegging out with a Netflix binge to numb the cycle that would follow me the next day.

Wash, rinse, and repeat.

For years, I tried my hand in personal development and mindset work to shift my way of thinking to become the person I aspired to be. Each time without fail, I would eventually find myself going back to old patterns of negative self-talk and self-sabotage.

 

I wasn’t able to stop the cycle until I discovered the missing component of IDENTITY.

What work will we do throughout the 8-weeks?

  • Week 1: Uncovering Your Truth - Here is where you will dive deep to the heart of who you truly are and uncover the point at which you deviated from this truth, i.e. your “story”. This will set the intention for the coming weeks and the massive action you will take to design your new life aligned with your highest self. 

 

  • Week 2: Decluttering Your Physical Environment - This week you will systematically declutter your common spaces that create your daily energy. This creates momentum to tackle your limiting beliefs and where you begin writing your new story, thus beginning to step into your true identity. 

 

  • Week 3: Designing Your Physical Environment - Here you will use your newfound space to create an environment that generates positive, creative energy and manifests what aligns with your truth. It is miraculous what you begin to attract when you are surrounded by what you truly love. 

 

  • Week 4: Decluttering Your Social Environment - This week you will learn how to identify toxic relationships, as well as what I call "neutral relationships" (those which do not encourage our highest selves). We will apply the “4D” approach to determine how to properly and healthfully manage the relationships and how to protect your energy through the process.

 

  • Week 5: Designing Your Social Environment - Here you will explore ways to build an inspiring and supportive community of people around you. Designing your social circle in an intentional way aligned with your truth not only shines a light on the next steps to take in your vision, but also the resources we need to make that vision a reality.

 

  • Week 6: Decluttering Your Habitual Environment - This week you will focus on decluttering unhealthy habits, many you may be completely oblivious to, as well as the effect they are having on your life. You will become aware of where you may be engaging in pacifying activities and expose the block(s) that led you to engaging in these behaviors. 

 

  • Week 7: Designing Your Habitual Environment - Here you will use the blank canvas you've created in your day to implement healthy activities and thoughts that support the life you are creating. You will construct powerful and consistent morning and night routines, as well as daily “non-negotiables”, all in pursuit of your ideal day.

 

  • Week 8: Stepping into Your True Self - You will close the course by acknowledging all of the shifts you've made in the last seven weeks and map out the next 90 days. It is at this point that you will have the tools to manifest whatever it is you desire to create and a sense of clarity on how to arrive at your happiest and most purposeful life.

About me:

Hi, I’m Samantha, aka “SJ”. 

I’m an Identity Coach to aspiring entrepreneurs and influencers. My coaching approach focuses on the concept of Minimalism where I enable others to shift their identity to their most authentic self by clearing out aspects of their life rooted in an old story. 

The result is enhanced mental clarity on one’s purpose, an improved sense of self, and the ability to design an environment that attracts abundance and fulfillment.

After eight years in Corporate Accounting & Finance, five years in Consulting, and two years as the VP of Tech and Business Strategy in my last job, I’ve learned a thing or two about how and why businesses fail. More importantly, I’ve seen where business owners and entrepreneurs miss out on years, sometimes decades, of joy in their own lives and wake up barely recognizing themselves. 

In the midst of my own balancing act in the Corporate world, I ran Heartbody Success Coaching for three years, providing guidance and support to aspiring entrepreneurs on how to successfully scale their businesses. During this journey, I discovered the concept of Minimalism, which I applied to my own life in an extremely rigorous manner. I not only applied this to my physical environment, but also to my relationships, habits, and routines that were no longer serving me. I was on a mission to clear out anything and everything that didn’t align with my highest self and the ife I wanted to create. 


The experience shifted my life in such a powerful way both personally and professionally that I began documenting my journey, which turned into The Less Effect Method that launched my Beta Program.
